Stover and Associates <br />2352 North 7th Street, Unit B <br />Grand Junction, CO 81501 <br />RE: McClave Canyon Mine, Permit No. C-1980-004 <br />2017 Annual Hydrology Report Review <br />Dear Tamme, <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (the Division) received the 2017 Annual <br />Hydrology Report for the McClane Canyon Mine on April 3, 2018. The Division has completed <br />the review of the above referenced document finds the report to be in compliance with the <br />following Rules: <br />The 2017 report is in compliance with Rules 4.05.13(1), (2), (3) and (4) and the approved permit <br />application package. <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(a) - The data collected during the 2017 Annual Hydrology Report (AHR) is kept <br />and maintained at the Offices of J. E. Stover and Associates. <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(b) - The 2017 AHR is compiled from the analysis of hydrologic data collected <br />from the monitoring period of October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017. <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(c)(i), (ii), (iii) - The 2017 AHR was submitted to the Division by the determined <br />date on which the permittee and the Division agreed to. The report included an interpretation the <br />collected data and identified mining related impacts to the hydrologic balance. <br />Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) are submitted to the Division on a monthly basis. There <br />were no exceedances recorded at either of the monitoring locations during the 2017 calendar <br />year.
