The Division is required to make an approval or denial decision no later than November 21, 2018 <br /> therefore; a response to the following adequacy review concerns should be submitted to the Division as soon <br /> as possible. <br /> 1. The Permittee (Denver Water)states the appropriate permits from the Colorado Department of <br /> Transportation (CDOT)and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) are being pursued through both <br /> agencies. The Division will require the Permittee to submit copies of the final approved permits from <br /> CDOT and FHWA prior to approving this technical revision. The Operator(Martin Marietta, Inc.)expects <br /> the permits to be obtained in January 2019, based on discussion with the Division.
