3.1.11 Buildings and Structures <br /> If the affected land is owned by a legal entity other than any local, state, or federal entity, any <br /> buildings or structures including those constructed or placed on the affected lands in <br /> conjunction with the mining operations or which are historic structures as determined by the <br /> State Historic Preservation Office may remain on the affected land after reclamation at the <br /> option of the Operator and Landowner if such buildings or structures will not conflict with the <br /> post mining land use, and with the approval of the Board. <br /> The main access road will be left as part of the post mining land use. There are no buildings on <br /> site and none are planned. <br /> 3.1.12 Signs and Markers <br /> (1) At the entrance of the mine site the Operator shall post a sign, which shall be clearly <br /> visible from the access road, with the following: <br /> (a) the name of the Operator, <br /> (b) a statement that a reclamation permit for the operation has been issued by the <br /> Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, and <br /> (c) the permit number. <br /> Upon approval of the application, a sign with the above information will be posted. <br /> (2) The boundaries of the affected area will be marked by monuments or other markers that <br /> are clearly visible and adequate to delineate such boundaries. <br /> The permit/affected land boundary corners will be marked with t-posts painted orange or <br /> other suitable and visible markers. <br /> 3.1.13 Spill Reporting <br /> The Operator agrees to abide by the provisions of Section 3.1.13, Spill Reporting. <br /> 3.2 INSPECTION AND MONITORING <br /> Note: this section not applicable to the application. <br /> 52 <br />
