Will the site be <br /> mined in phases with ongoing interim reclamation? <br /> 8) Per Rule 6.4.6, The Reclamation Map must show the proposed topography of the area <br /> with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray the direction and rate of slope of all <br /> reclaimed lands. The map submitted does not provide enough specific detail of the <br /> proposed final configuration. Please provide a detailed map that portrays the proposed <br /> final configuration. <br /> 9) Per Rule 6.4.13, Will the operation require a dust control permit? If not please explain <br /> reason. <br /> This is a preliminary review. Other issues may arise from other agency comments, and as <br /> more information is supplied. This application cannot be approved until the issues brought <br /> forth are adequately addressed. Please submit a response to the issues as soon as possible, <br /> but no later than October 27, 2018 so the decision due date set for November 7, 2018 can be <br /> met.
