Please be advised that on October 4, 2018,Town of Julesburg,whose address and telephone number are 100
West 2nd Street ,Julesburg, CO 80737; [phone], filed an application to conduct a(n) Surface mining
and reclamation operation, at or near Section 4, Township 11N, Range 44W, 6th Principle Meridian, in
Sedgwick County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section,Township,
and Range.Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a Pastureland post-mining land use.The application
decision date is scheduled for October 19,2018.
