years the wooden deck has deteriorated. As of late 1999, the bridge is restricted to, and

Drawing number D-2-5 shows how the seepage is being controlled and piped to the
treatment ponds.
SEEPAGE TREATMENT
A sample of flow being intercepted and piped to the treatment ponds was taken on May
9, 1988 and results of the analysis of the sample are as follows:
