• 4.4.2.3 Final Reclamation
As part of final reclamation, permanent diversion structures will be installed along the
contours shown on Drawing D-4-11. These diversions channels drain runoff from the
reclaimed refuse embankment. Drainage from the area above the refuse embankment
will continue to flow along the County road, diverted permanently away from the head
of the disposal site.
