o Roads in and around the facilities appeared in good condition and functioning adequately.
o No fugitive dust, rutted areas or standing water were noted.

time of inspection.
o Flumes and discharge structures, spillways appeared in good repair and functioning correctly at
time of inspection.
o Drainages appeared well armored and stable with surrounding vegetation. No issues were noted
at the time of inspection.

TOPSOIL -Rule 4.06

o Slopes appeared stable and well vegetated on observed topsoil piles.
o Reclamation appeared stable and vegetation appeared well established and was
going dormant at this time of year .

SLIDES and OTHER DAMAGE- Rule 4.12
o No recent soil movement or new areas of instability were noted at the time of inspection.
o Existing slides were noted as stable at time of inspection with no recent movement observed.

REVEGETATION - Rule 4.1 General Requirements 4.15.1; check number
o Reclamation and revegetation appeared to be progressing adequately
o No extensive areas devoid of vegetation were apparent at the time of inspection.
