No issues were noted <br />at the time of inspection. <br /> <br />TOPSOIL -Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution <br />4.06.4: <br />o Slopes appeared stable and well vegetated on observed topsoil piles. <br />o Reclamation appeared stable and vegetation appeared well established and was <br />going dormant at this time of year . <br /> <br />SLIDES and OTHER DAMAGE- Rule 4.12 <br />o No recent soil movement or new areas of instability were noted at the time of inspection. <br />o Existing slides were noted as stable at time of inspection with no recent movement observed. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION - Rule 4.1 General Requirements 4.15.1; check number <br />o Reclamation and revegetation appeared to be progressing adequately <br />o No extensive areas devoid of vegetation were apparent at the time of inspection. <br />o Shrub plot tend to have downed fences due to wildlife and cattle.
