The permittee must visually inspect the sample for the presence of the following water quality <br /> characteristics, and document the visual assessment results: <br /> Color <br /> Odor <br /> Clarity <br /> " Floating Solids <br /> Settled Solids <br /> " Suspended Solids <br /> Foam <br /> Oil sheen <br /> Other obvious indicators of <br /> stormwater pollution <br /> Required Documentation Regarding Corrective Action: <br /> If the visual monitoring indicates the control measures are inadequate or are not being properly <br /> operated and maintained, the permittee must conduct corrective actions. <br /> ****Use the Corrective Action Summary Sheet to provide a summary and schedule of implementation of <br /> any corrective action(s)that has or will be taken based on this visual monitoring. <br />
