Scott Wanstedt <br />Page 2 <br />10/22/2017 <br />4.05.9(15)(d) — The existing storage capacity of the impoundments was documented in <br />the report. <br />4.05.9(15)(e) — The 2"d quarter report did not list any other aspects of the structure <br />affecting stability, or requiring maintenance. <br />The report listed the Raw Water Lagoon as not discharging during the 2"d Quarter. The <br />cover letter for the 2nd quarter report stated that the Raw Water Lagoon had discharged <br />during the quarter. Please revise the necessary text or table to reflect if the Raw <br />Water Lagoon had discharged during the quarter. <br />2"d Quarter 2018 County Road 65 Subsidence Monitoring Report <br />2.05.6(6) — The report documented that no longwall mining occurred under County Road <br />65 during the 2"d quarter of 2018. Superficial cracking was observed during the 2"d <br />quarter, no significant damage to the road had occurred and did not require repairs or <br />effect traffic. <br />This concludes the Division's review of the Sediment Pond Inspection Report and the <br />County Road 65 Subsidence Monitoring Report for the 2"d Quarter of 2018.
