The site had well established vegetation <br />and was stable. There were no erosional features identified. The entire southern portion of the Light Use Road #1 <br />and approximately half of the Northern portion of th e Light Use Road #1 are located on Mr. Fontanari’s property. <br />The vegetation on these areas was well established and th e reclaimed road was stable. There were no erosional <br />features observed. The northern portion of the Light Use Road on Mr. Fontanari’s property is located on a south <br />facing slope. The vegetation on this area was similar to other undisturbed south facing slopes in the general area. <br />The vegetation on the south facing slope was less dense than the adjacent north facing slopes. The site was stable <br />and there were no erosional concerns identified. The Borrow Area consists of 1.1 acres of land. The area was <br />stable and well vegetated. There were no erosional features identified at the site. The area known as the North <br />Decline consists of 6.6 acres of land.
