The reports
were received on; February 6, 2018 (January Report), March 6, 2018 (February report)
and April 9, 2018 (March report). The DMRs were submitted via email to the Division.
The reports cover the time period of; April I" through June 30th, 2018. The Division
finds the reports to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2).
There are two outfalls associated with the CO -0027146 NPDES permit, Outfall 002 and Outfall
016. During the months of April, May and June no flow was recorded out of Outfall 002. No
exceedances occurred at this location. Outfall 016 discharged during April, May and June. The
reports indicate that no exceedances occurred for the reported parameters during the 2nd quarter.
No other concerns were identified during this time period.
This concludes the Division's review of the 2"d Quarter 2018 Discharge Monitoring Reports for
the Roadside Portals Mine.
