This narrative attempts to describe the (now) clearly marked perimeter of the permit area as required
by our recent quarry inspection report. The center of the aerial photo shows an inverted L-shaed parcel
and to the lower right a smaller squarish parcel. These two comprise the currently permitted area to
which we refer.
Starting with Point A on the north end of the quarry. A very large
bluff to the north makes mining north of this point impractical.
The roadway between points A and B runs at the top of a ridge
that prevents mining to the west. The highway to the west of the
parcel boundary is the permit boundary, but in reality, mining
west of the dirt roadway between points A and B is not practical.
w
Point A, near the northern end of the ridge 4
a•'
F Point B. Notice the dirt roadway that runs north toward Point A. This
fir, 'a roadway is along the top of a ridge that prevents mining toward the
west. To the left(west)at the bottom of a precarious bluff is I-70,which
is the parcel boundary.
v.
Point C looking toward Point D. Notice the large post I
immediately by the side of the roadway. This designated the boundary
of the permitted activity. 4
all 6ma!/
