(4) Once stockpiled, the topsoil shall be rehandled as little as possible until <br /> replacement on the regarded, disturbed areas. <br /> Please see Section 6.3.3(1)(b). <br /> 3.1.12 Signs and Markers <br /> (1) At the entrance of the mine site the Operator shall post a sign, which shall be <br /> clearly visible from the access road,with the following: <br /> (a) the name of the Operator, <br /> We will comply with this requirement. <br /> (b) a statement that a reclamation permit for the operator has been issued by the <br /> Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, and <br /> We will comply with this requirement. <br /> (c) the permit number. <br /> We will comply with this requirement. <br /> (2) The boundaries of the affected area will be marked by monuments or other <br /> markers that are clearly visible and adequate to delineate such boundaries: <br /> • This is a 111 Special Operations Permit Application, the permit boundary and the <br /> affected boundaries are almost the same. The boundaries will be marked with <br /> suitable markers to include a fence line where the fence line and the proposed <br /> affected/permit boundary are the same. <br /> • The access road will be the entrance to the Diehl property with a short stub on to the <br /> mining area. Upon completion of operations, the "stub"will be reclaimed to <br /> rangeland. <br /> • Operations on the affected area will be monitored to ensure the affected area mining <br /> limits are adhered to. <br /> (3) The Office may approve an alternative plan for identifying the boundaries of the <br /> affected land if the Operator includes such a plan in the permit application: <br /> Please see Section 3.1.12(2) above. <br /> 40 <br />
