(b) Identify any permanent man-made structures within two hundred feet of <br /> the affected land and owner(s) of each structure. Locate structure each on <br /> Exhibit"E" map: (A narrative description must be provided) <br /> Please see the map labeled "Property Owners and Structures within 200 <br /> Feet". <br /> • Fence lines owned by the Diehl Land Enterprises. <br /> • Frontage Road owned by Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) <br /> • Interstate owned by Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) <br /> (c) A description of the water resources in the area of the proposed operation. <br /> Identify any streams, springs, lakes, stock water ponds, ditches, reservoirs, and <br /> aquifers that would receive drainage directly from the affected area. Provide <br /> any information available from publications or monitoring data on flow rates, <br /> water table elevations and water quality conditions; and <br /> Based on the NRCS Soils Report provided in this section, the ground water table <br /> appears to be below the floor of the proposed borrow site (limits of excavation). In <br /> addition, the adjacent ephemeral drainage to the east and parallel to the site is dry. <br /> This typically indicates the drainage does not gain water from the surrounding area. <br /> Since the drainage is dry, unless there is a storm event, such drainages would be <br /> considered a losing stream. Therefore, the ground water table should be below the <br /> invert of the drainage. In discussions with the land owner, this drainage only flows <br /> during storm event <br /> (d) A wildlife statement prepared by the Colorado Division of Wildlife (DOW) <br /> is not required for 111 Special Operation, or 110, or 110(6) Limited Impact <br /> Operations. <br /> Not applicable. <br /> 29 <br />
