3. DRMS: Please review the maps in Volume II of the permit and update the <br />maps related to section 2.03 as necessary to reflect any changes that may <br />have occurred. <br />CAM: Other than changes noted in this adequacy response, maps are up to <br />date. <br />Rule 2.04.10 —Vegetation Information <br />4. DRMS: Please review update the necessary threatened and endangered species <br />list if needed in Volume I, Exhibit 10 for the plant species that are applicable to <br />the Fruita Loadout Area. <br />CAM: Volume I, Tab 19 is the Biological Assessment (BA) prepared for the <br />McClane Canyon Mine, and the Fruita Loadout in 2011. A comparison was made <br />with the BA and an IpaC Resource list. There are no new species, plants or <br />habitat listed for the Loadout facility which is a heavily disturbed industrial area. <br />Rule 2.04.11— Fish and Wildlife Resources Information <br />5. DRMS: Please review Section 2.04 (starting on p. 2.04.-36) of the permit <br />and update as necessary.
