Box 821 Vail, CO 81658 / (970) 926-3737 (the
"Applicant/Operator") has applied to amend a Regular(112) reclamation permit from the
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (the "Board") to revise the access road to the Conger
Harvesting Area and increase the permit area. The access road corridor is located on private
property and United States Forest Service(USFS) lands. The private property portion of the
access road contains approximately 2.32 acres which increases the permit area to 25.65 acres
from 23.33 acres. The portion of the access road on USFS lands is within the existing 112
permit boundary. The attached information is being provided to notify you of the location and
nature of the proposed operation. The entire application is on file with the Division of
Reclamation, Mining, and Safety(the "Division") and the Gunnison County Recorder.
The applicant/operator proposes to reclaim the affected land on USFS lands to wildlife habitat
for a post mining use.
