The Gallegos Corporation has the legal right to enter per an access agreement with Jason A. Darien and
the Mineral Materials Permit (MMP) from the United State Forest Service. The access agreement with
Jason A. Darien is attached. The Record of Decision (ROD) of Finding of No Significant Impact
(FONSI) and the MMP and Plan of Operations from the U. S. Forest Service is on file with DRMS.
