Exhibit S <br /> Peters 313 Permanent Man-made Structures <br /> There are no new manmade structures within 200 feet of the permit area (see Exhibits C1, C2,and F). <br /> Agreements for all structures within 200 feet of the original area were sent via certified mail to each <br /> structure owner per the original permit application. Proof of mailing and any agreements received were <br /> included with the original permit application. <br /> Several manmade structures were addressed in the original permit application.John Peters owns a <br /> fence along the western boundary of the permit boundary. He also owns a private gravel road leading <br /> to a tank battery. EOG (now Highpoint Resources)owns a cattle guard at the entrance to a tank battery <br /> on the southwest side of the permit boundary. The cattle guard is within 200 feet of the permit <br /> boundary as shown in Exhibits C1 and C2.Weld County owns CR 136.5 and a cattle guard adjacent to the <br /> permit boundary. Weld County will ensure repairs of any damages to either the cattle guard or County <br /> Road 136.5.The OneOk Bakken Pipeline is within 200 feet of the permit boundary. In addition,the <br /> proposed haul road will cross over four gas pipeline easements,one of which is owned by Kinder <br /> Morgan and three owned by Tallgrass Energy Partners. <br /> As mentioned above,agreements were sent via certified mail to each structure owner and were <br /> included with the original permit application. In addition,an Engineering Evaluation is attached to <br /> provide information regarding measures Weld County will be taking to protect all structures within 200 <br /> feet of the permit area. <br />
