Exhibit S
Peters 313 Permanent Man-made Structures
There are no new manmade structures within 200 feet of the permit area (see Exhibits C1, C2,and F).
Agreements for all structures within 200 feet of the original area were sent via certified mail to each
structure owner per the original permit application. Proof of mailing and any agreements received were
included with the original permit application.
Several manmade structures were addressed in the original permit application.John Peters owns a
fence along the western boundary of the permit boundary. He also owns a private gravel road leading
to a tank battery. EOG (now Highpoint Resources)owns a cattle guard at the entrance to a tank battery
on the southwest side of the permit boundary. The cattle guard is within 200 feet of the permit
boundary as shown in Exhibits C1 and C2.Weld County owns CR 136.5 and a cattle guard adjacent to the
permit boundary. Weld County will ensure repairs of any damages to either the cattle guard or County
Road 136.5.The OneOk Bakken Pipeline is within 200 feet of the permit boundary. In addition, the
proposed haul road will cross over four gas pipeline easements, one of which is owned by Kinder
Morgan and three owned by Tallgrass Energy Partners.
As mentioned above, agreements were sent via certified mail to each structure owner and were
included with the original permit application. In addition,an Engineering Evaluation is attached to
provide information regarding measures Weld County will be taking to protect all structures within 200
feet of the permit area.
