Reclamation: <br /> Disturbed areas will be reclaimed with a native grass mixture. The proposed seed mix for the <br /> disturbed areas is as follows: <br /> Buffalo grass (Texoka, Sharps Improved) 2.5 lbs./acre <br /> Little Bluestem 1.5 lbs./acre <br /> Sideoats Grama (Vaughn, Butte, Niner, El Reno, Haskell) 2 lbs. /acre <br /> Blue Grama (Hachital, Lovington) 3 lbs./acre <br /> Western Wheatgrass (Arriba, Barton, Rosana) 3 lbs./acre <br /> Switchgrass (Grenville, Nebraska 28, Blackwell, Pathfinder) 2 lbs. /acre <br /> Sand Dropseed 0.25 lbs. /acre <br /> Total: 14.5 lbs./acre <br /> Seeding of the disturbed areas will be completed between December 1 and May 1. The area will <br /> be monitored until 70%of the original ground cover level is achieved. <br /> Depending on ambient conditions,the application method for those areas being seeded may be <br /> hand broadcast, hydro-seeded,or drilled and crimped. Mulch application at the rate of 2 tons/ac <br /> may be concurrent with seeding. Mulch may include hay, straw and tackifier. All hay or straw <br /> mulch shall be certified noxious weed free grass hay or crop straw. At least 70%of the mulch by <br /> weight shall be 10 inches or more in length. Mulch shall not contain any noxious weeds, mold, <br /> must, cake, or decay. Straw mulch shall not contain excessive viable grain (wheat, barley, or oat <br /> seed.) <br />
