There was no rutting or any <br />other erosional concerns identified. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> The conveyor footprint located on the west side of Interstate 70 was well vegetated and stable during the <br />inspection (Photo 2). The berms were intact and there were no off-site impacts. The borrow area was stable with <br />no indications of erosion (Photo 3). The reclaimed area had well-established vegetation on it. Substation A’s <br />reclaimed area was well vegetated and stable (Photo 4). There was no evidence of erosion. Substation B was <br />in accessible due to the road conditions during the inspection. The North Decline was observed to be stable with <br />no erosional features. The vegetation at the North Decline was well-established.
