Determination of Bond Amount - Reclamation Cost Estimate (RCE)
The attached RCE represents worst case scenario for the current permit term. The reclamation
costs included herein were generated during the RN -07 application review for the current permit
term. Since the RCE for RN -07 was generated, New Horizon has received approval for SL -19
which resulted in a decrease to the total reclamation liability. All RCE documents are contained
herein to document the total required reclamation liability for the current permit term.
