Rd. 28,Julesburg, CO is the owner of the property in the NE'/.of Section 4, <br /> T11N, R44W,Sedgwick County, Colorado where a proposed gravel pit,Goddard Pit#1,will be located. <br /> Jay currently maintains a fence along the north and east sides of the area to be mined. <br /> The operator of the pit is the Town of Julesburg, Colorado. The pit application is calling for a minimum <br /> of a 25' barrier inside the fence where no mining will occur.
