Broadcasting seed in this limited steep area will be considered part of gully repair. <br /> <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> Load out: The Load out continues to be maintained, inactive, and not reclaimed at this time. The <br />decaying straw wattles have been removed. The brush pile remains, as well as the larger wood trunks. Bowie <br />Resources needs to continue to monitor the brush pile and assure it does not become a problem. There is a pile of <br />wood debris on the east side of the rail road grade across from the Coal Storage area. This should be cleaned up. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> East mine: a pile of fence posts and PVC lengths are stored at the East mine near the reclaimed RDA <br />pond.
