The foregoing recitals and conditions of the Right of Entry Agreement dated October <br /> 19, 2015 are hereby incorporated as if fully restated in this First Amendment to the <br /> Right of Entry Agreement. <br /> 2. The Exhibits attached to this First Amendment are hereby attached to and made a part <br /> of the Right of Entry Agreement. <br /> 3. Except as expressly amended or modified herein all terms and provisions of the Right <br /> of Entry Agreement shall remain the same.
