The 2017 ARR map identified the <br />proposed topsoil laydown area for 2018 and <br />only a portion of what was identified on the <br />map received topsoil in 2018. 11 locations <br />were measured as illustrated at right. <br />Statistics were summarized in ArcMap 10.3 <br />as shown below. <br /> <br /> Illustration 1: Frequency distribution and average topsoil <br />depths for the 11 topsoil depth sample points. <br /> <br />o No instability was noted on the observed topsoil piles. <br />o Observed topsoil piles were marked appropriately. <br />o Standard topsoil sampling methodology was followed as in previous inspections. <br />o The averaged depth for the holes adequately met permit requirements as shown in the <br />illustration above , specifically as indicated in the mean statistic . <br />o No rilling or gullying was present at topsoil piles observed on this inspection. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
