EXHIBIT P—Municipalities within a Two-Mile Radius <br /> There are no municipalities within two miles of the site. <br /> EXHIBIT O—Proof of Mailing of Notices to Board of County Commissioners and Soil <br /> Conservation District <br /> The application has been filed with the Phillips County Commissioners and the Phillips County <br /> Soil Conservation District. Proof of filing is attached. <br /> EXHIBIT R - Proof of Filing with County Clerk and Recorder <br /> The application has been filed with the Phillips County Clerk. Proof of filing is attached. <br /> EXHIBIT S —Permanent Man-Made Structures <br /> There is a buried 20"-22" natural gas pipeline which cuts across the western edge of the pit area. <br /> It is shown on the USGS Quad map. It is owned by Tallgrass Energy Partners. They were <br /> contacted and indicate they have an easement 25' on each side of the pipeline for maintenance <br /> efforts. No mining will take place within 200 feet either side of the pipeline so as not to disturb <br /> the structure. There are no above or below ground power lines, communication cables, bridges, <br /> wells, water storage impoundments, railroad tracks, cemeteries, or communication antennas <br /> within the remainder of the affected lands. There are no other known easements or right-of-ways <br /> crossing the site. <br /> ADDENDUM 1 <br /> A notice has been posted at the site regarding the proposed 112-gravel pit application. <br /> Certification of the posting is attached. <br /> GEOTECHNICAL STABILITY EXHIBIT <br /> The applicant is not aware of any geological hazards that might affect mining or reclamation at <br /> the site. We will be happy to provide information if the Division identifies a condition which we <br /> are not aware of. <br />
