The permit holder shall calculate monthly process rates and keep a compliance <br />record on site or at a local field office with site responsibility, for Division review. <br />STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS <br />5. Visible emissions shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) opacity during normal operation of the <br />following sources: 022, 023 and 024.
