In general, the CDMG Permit C-81-019 Boundary is adjacent to Colorado Highway 13/789 (west of the
highway), is bounded on the east by Goodspring Creek. .on the west by Wilson Creek, and extends
one-fourth mile south of the Moffat/Rio Blanco County Line. The permit area can be located on
U. S. Geological Survey 7.5 -minute quadrangle Map No. N4007.5 -W10745/7.5 (Ninemile Gap) & Map No.
N4015 -W10745/7.5 (Axial, Colo), and is more particularly described as follows:
