Demonstration of Legal Right to Enter statement is not notarized. Two statements are returned <br /> for the notarization. Please see instructions enclosed. <br /> 3. Structure agreements are not provided for 1.) County Road V and 2.) Utility lines near County <br /> Road V. See enclosed sample structure agreement and instructions. <br /> Please provide the above documents by November 11, 2018. All cometed permit documents are <br /> required to be submitted for consideration of your Request for Transfer of Mineral Permit and Succession <br /> of Operators Application.
