EXHIBIT S PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES <br /> The following is an inventory of man-made structures within 200 feet of the disturbed area. All <br /> of these structures are shown on Map C-1. The landowner boundaries can also be found on Map <br /> C-1. Structure agreements are attached to this exhibit. In the event that a structure agreement was <br /> unobtainable, see the Geotechnical Stability Exhibit. <br /> The Landowner owns the fences shown on the Map C-2. Attached to this permit application is a <br /> Certification of Ownership stating that Robinson Sons, Inc. shall be responsible for the repair <br /> and damages of said fences. <br /> The gas wells and support facilities are owned by Pioneer Natural Resources, Inc. <br /> Robinson Sons, Inc. will not mine within 200 feet of any gas well and not mine into the 60 foot <br /> Right of Way (ROW) Easement. The gas well operator gas company address is 27000 HWY 12 <br /> Trinidad, Co., 81082,the phone number is 719- 845-4328, the contact person is Chris Sanchez, <br /> Field Coordinator. An agreement is in place. <br /> The power line is owned by San Isabel Electric Association.
