There have been revisions to the original application. Enclosed with this letter are <br /> copies of the revised Application pages. The revised pages are intended to replace the page with the <br /> corresponding page number. For example,the first page to be replaced is page 2. Please remove the <br /> existing page 2 from your copy of the Application and replace with the enclosed revised page 2. Please <br /> replace revised pages 53 and 54 in the same manner. <br /> Also enclosed is a revised Mine Plan Map which should replace the existing Mine Plan Map. We have <br /> also included a copy of the Governmental Contract. This document should be placed at the end of the <br /> application and is the new Attachment V. <br /> In addition, enclosed is a complete copy of the Adequacy Response sent the Division of Reclamation <br /> Mining and Safety.
