Dear Mr. Dettenrieder and Teller County Board of Commissioners;
Enclosed, please find a revised Notice of Filing Application for Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Permit
for Hard Rock/Metal Mines Limited Impact 110(2) Operation and revised Application form for said
Reclamation Permit DRMS M-2018-036). ZyMin Corporation owns the Ten Percenter Lode Mining Claim
in good standing and we are applying for a Reclamation Permit, Limited Impact 110(2) Operation.
The Ten Percenter unpatented lode mining claim (CMC254209) is located in the NW4 and NE4,Section
002,T012S, R071W, 61h Prime Meridian,Teller County, Colorado. The revise Notice and revised copy of
the Application Form is enclosed for your reference pursuant to Mineral Rules and Regulations of the
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Hard Rock, Metal and Designated Mining Operations,
Effective January 2015, Subparagraph 1.6.2(1).
As well, pursuant to Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for
Hard Rock, Metal and Designated Mining Operations, Effective January 2015, Subparagraph 1.6.2(1)(c).
Subparagraph 1.6.2(1) and Exhibit I of Subparagraph 6.3.9 of the aforementioned regulations state:
"6.3.10 EXHIBIT J-Proof of Mailing of Notices to Board of County Commissioners and Soil
Conservation District
Prior to submitting the application to the Office, send a notice, on a form approved by the Board, to the
local Board of County Commissioners and, if the mining operation is within the boundaries of a soil
conservation district, to the Board of Supervisors of the soil conservation district. "
For this purpose, a receipt is attached to this letter of transmittal and application. Please sign and date
the receipt and return it in the addressed postage paid envelope so that we may provide the required
documentation to the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS).
