ZyMin Corporation owns the Ten Percenter Lode Mining Claim <br /> in good standing and we are applying for a Reclamation Permit, Limited Impact 110(2) Operation. <br /> The Ten Percenter unpatented lode mining claim (CMC254209) is located in the NW4 and NE4,Section <br /> 002,T012S, R071W, 61h Prime Meridian,Teller County, Colorado. The revise Notice and revised copy of <br /> the Application Form is enclosed for your reference pursuant to Mineral Rules and Regulations of the <br /> Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Hard Rock, Metal and Designated Mining Operations, <br /> Effective January 2015, Subparagraph 1.6.2(1). <br /> As well, pursuant to Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for <br /> Hard Rock, Metal and Designated Mining Operations, Effective January 2015, Subparagraph 1.6.2(1)(c). <br /> Subparagraph 1.6.2(1) and Exhibit I of Subparagraph 6.3.9 of the aforementioned regulations state: <br /> "6.3.10 EXHIBIT J-Proof of Mailing of Notices to Board of County Commissioners and Soil <br /> Conservation District <br /> Prior to submitting the application to the Office, send a notice, on a form approved by the Board, to the <br /> local Board of County Commissioners and, if the mining operation is within the boundaries of a soil <br /> conservation district, to the Board of Supervisors of the soil conservation district. " <br /> For this purpose, a receipt is attached to this letter of transmittal and application.
