(Tri-State), is the parent company to <br />Axial Basin Coal Company, which is the general partner to Colowyo Coal Company L.P. (Colowyo). <br />Therefore, Tri-State on behalf of Colowyo is submitting three (3) copies of technical revision 126 (TR - <br />126) to Permit No. C-1981-019. <br />In accordance with Rule 4.05.9(14)(b), included with TR -126, are the as -built drawings and <br />supporting documentation for the Section 26 and Sidehill Ponds. <br />Included in this technical revision are a revision application, a proposed public notice, and a <br />change of index sheet to ease incorporation of this technical revision into the permit document.
