(Tri-State), is the parent company to <br />Axial Basin Coal Company, which is the general partner to Colowyo Coal Company L.P. (Colowyo). <br />Therefore, Tri-State on behalf of Colowyo is submitting three (3) copies of technical revision 125 (TR - <br />125) to Permit No. C-1981-019. <br />TR -125 provides a groundwater points of compliance analysis as required by Stipulation 7 for <br />Permit No. C-1981-019. It is requested that the Division denote that Stipulation 7 is being complied with <br />under this submittal, and the stipulation should be removed from the permit. <br />Included in this technical revision are a revision application, a proposed public notice, and a <br />change of index sheet to ease incorporation of this technical revision into the permit document.
