Please insert the revised material into Exhibit 8, <br />Sedimentation Pond Design. The revised pages 8-2 through 8-10 should be <br />placed behind Appendix 1-. I have also included a revised page 2.05-57 which <br />indicates the appropriate NPDES permit number for the Fish Creek Tipple <br />discharge.
