Based on the current site condition staff has calculated an estimate (copy <br /> enclosed) of the actual cost to complete reclamation of the site and determined that an adequate <br /> financial warranty shall be in the amount of$3.448,00. The bond currently held by the Division is <br /> $20,972.00. This is a reduction of$17,524.00.
