Electronically Recorded RECEPTION##:2018000068748, <br /> 8/24/2018 at 8:14 AM,I OF 4, <br /> TD Pgs: 0 Stan Martin,Adams County,CO. <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR <br /> ADAMS COUNTY,STATE OF COLORADO <br /> RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM AGGREGATE INDUSTRIES <br /> FOR A 15-ACRE PARCEL OF LAND <br /> Resolution 2018-567 <br /> WHEREAS, Aggregate Industries applied for a conditional use permit in order to allow for an <br /> extension of sand and gravel mining at the Hazeltine Mine(EXG201 1-00004);and, <br /> WHEREAS,Adams County approved the application subject to certain conditions;and, <br /> WHEREAS, Condition #21 requires the dedication to the County of a certain 15-acre parcel of <br /> property upon completion of the mining operations;and, <br /> WHEREAS,Aggregate Industries has completed mining operations at the Hazeltine Mine;and, <br /> WHEREAS,Aggregate Industries now wishes to dedicate the aforementioned 15-acre parcel in <br /> accordance with the requirements of conditional use permit EXG20 1 1-00004;and, <br /> WHEREAS,Adams County wishes to accept a Quit Claim Deed from Aggregate Industries for <br /> the 15-acre parcel. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of the <br /> County of Adams, State of Colorado, that the Quit Claim Deed from Aggregate industries for a <br /> 15-acre parcel of land is hereby accepted. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the foregoing resolution was adopted by the <br /> following vote: <br /> Henry Aye <br /> Tedesco Aye <br /> Hansen Aye <br /> O'Dorisio Aye <br /> Hodge Excused <br /> Commissioners <br /> STATE OF COLORADO ) <br /> County of Adams ) <br /> 1, Stan Martin County Clerk and ex-officio Clerk of the Board of County <br /> Commissioners in and for the County and State aforesaid do hereby certify that the <br /> annexed and foregoing Order is truly copied from the Records of the Proceedings of the <br /> Board of County Commissioners for said Adams County,now in my office. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the sea] of said <br /> County,at Brighton,Colorado this 21"day of August,A.D.2018. <br /> County Clerk and ex-off]cio Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners <br /> Stan Martin: <br /> By: <br /> Deputy <br />
