As a professional Engineer, (No. I have
examined the proposed site of the mine expansion and the Property
Fence and Buildings North of Weld County Road 46 (M.J. Schneider).
The fence is located approximately 40 feet from the nearest mining
disturbance. The buildings are located approximately 165 feet from the
nearest mining disturbance. In my professional opinion, impacts to the
Property Fence and Buildings from a mining/reclamation induced slope
failure are not likely.
