The boundaries will be marked with <br /> suitable markers to include a fence line where the fence line and the proposed <br /> affected/permit boundary are the same. However, along the east side of the <br /> affected area, the proposed permit boundary has been offset to stay at least 200 feet <br /> from the oil well. Suitable markers will be in place to ensure the oil well is <br /> protected. The"oil well buffer zone" creates a U shaped extraction area. <br /> • The access road will be the entrance to the Betz property with a short stub on to the <br /> mining area. Upon completion of operations, the"stub"will be reclaimed to <br /> rangeland. <br /> • Operations on the affected area will be monitored to ensure the affected area <br /> mining limits are adhered to. <br /> 33 <br />
