Ditch averaged 115 AF per year. The average annual diversion during the dry years of 1977 and 1994 equaled 114 AF. Diversion records were adjusted to the decreed amount of 1.00 cfs and applied as input data to the Soil Moisture Budget Model. The Model calculated that the historic C.U. for the Old Whetstone Sheep Creek Ditch averaged 1.27 AF/acre during dry years and 0.96 AF/acre during average years. Thus, per the General Guidelines for SWSP,the average historical consumptive use of 0.96 AF/acre was selected.Table 9, below, includes a summary of the Soil Moisture Budget Model output for the Old Whetstone Sheep Creek Ditch.
