This written notification is
follow-up to the verbal notification that was made to you in person on August 30th, 2018.
MLGW-7 was sampled during a normally scheduled monitoring event on August 91h, 2018, with a pH value
of 6.2 standard units (s.u.). This exceeded the numeric protection limit(NPL) of 6.5-8.5 As required by the
Groundwater Management plan, a follow-up pH measurement was taken within 30 days on August 22nd
2018, resulting in a pH of 6.2 s.u.
These results do not appear to be anomalous or obvious outliers. If you have any additional questions or
concerns, please feel free to contact me at 720-942-3384.
Sincerely,
'4 V
A7\,^
Alex Ungers
Environmental Scientist
Climax Molybdenum Company
Henderson Operation
cc(via email):
M.
