This decision will <br />become final at the close of the thirty (30) day public comment period, which commences with <br />the initial publication in the Fort Lupton Press. A copy of the proposed decision and written <br />findings is enclosed. <br /> <br /> As provided by Rule 3.03.2(6), should you object to the Division's proposed decision, you may <br />request an adjudicatory hearing. <br /> <br />If you have questions or need of additional information, please contact me. <br />
