Stover and Associates <br />2352 North 7th Street, Unit B <br />Grand Junction, CO 81501 <br />RE: Fruita Loadout, C-2010-088 <br />Permit Renewal No. 1 Preliminary Adequacy Review <br />Dear Mr. Stover, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (the Division) received the <br />Fruita Loadout's July 28, 2016 submittal of required items for a permit renewal. The <br />information provided allowed the revision to be called complete on August 5, 2016. The <br />Division has completed reviewing the application submittal and the C-2010-088 Permit, <br />and has the following comments: <br />Rule 2.03 — Legal, Financial and Compliance and Other Related Information <br />1. Please ensure that all the information contained in section 2.03 (Volume I, Tab <br />2.03) is up to date. This section of the permit contains the names and addresses of <br />the mine operator, the resident agent, surface land owners, subsurface landowners <br />and contiguous surface owners. <br />2. Rule 2.03.4: Please check that the officer and control information provided in <br />Tab 2.03 is up to date. <br />3.
