Inc. I am <br /> providing the following information to address the Signs and Markers <br /> corrective actions section of your April 19, 2018 Inspection Report. <br /> We apologize for taking so long to provide the information requested. <br /> INSPECTION TOPIC: Signs & Markers <br /> McAtee was finally able in late July to have the boundary for their <br /> property surveyed and the corners of the existing permit boundary <br /> located and marked. The attached map and photo pages show the corners <br /> that were located based on the new survey, Exhibit A of the 1976 <br /> original permit and the 2000 amendment application. Some of the <br /> corner markers are still marked with lath that will be replaced with <br /> permeant posts shortly. All disturbance associate with the mine, with <br /> the exception of the 15 acres noted in the inspection, is within the <br /> yellow outline that is the existing permit area. <br /> The corners for the amendment area will also be set based on this map. <br /> The outline on the map shows the current McAtee property lines. The <br /> small square area south of Riverside Drive is not a McAtee parcel. <br /> This should complete the corrective actions.
