Please use the notice provided in the application packet and <br /> submit proof of notice in the form of a certified mail return receipt or a date-stamped copy of the <br /> notice acknowledging receipt by the appropriate board, in accordance with Rule 1.6.2(1)(a)(ii). <br /> The copy of the notice to the local Soil Conservation District does not identify the correct post- <br /> mining land use as selected on the application form and discussed in the reclamation plan. <br /> Please submit a new copy of the notice to the local Soil Conservation District noting the affected <br /> lands will be reclaimed to Rangeland. <br /> Response: On the Commissioners document, I inadvertently forgot to add the county, and to <br /> normal citizens, rangeland is the same as grazing, but for the regulators rangeland means <br /> something special, so, I have added the word "rangeland"to the form. For the soil conservation <br /> district the word rangeland has also been added. You have not advised, but copies of acceptance <br /> by both groups will be collected and passed on to DRMS. <br /> 3 <br />
