Proposed coal stockpile planned location is it <br />the Johnson and/ or Pyeaff drainages. It is expectec <br />to contain 300,000 tons of coal. Stripping of 6.5 <br />acres of new disturbance is associated with the pro- <br />posal. <br />The Trapper Mine is a/an surface coal mine locatec <br />in Moffat County, approximately 6 miles SW o <br />Craig, Colorado. Coal interest is federal, state anc <br />private, and the surface affected is state and private <br />land. The permit area encompasses approximately <br />11"! 56.69 acres. <br />This proposed decision is based on a finding that <br />the proposed operation will comply with all require- <br />ments of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Recla- <br />mation Act, Section 34 33 101, at seq., C.R.S., anc <br />the regulations promulgated thereunder. <br />Copies of the proposed decision, including stipula- <br />tions, are on file for public inspection at the Colorado <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Roorr <br />215, Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203. Persons with an interest <br />that may be adversely affected by the proposed de- <br />cision may request a formal hearing before the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board on the proposed <br />decision.
