Enclosed are <br />the following items as requested by the Division letter of May 16, 2018: <br />1. The permit renewal application form <br />2. A copy of the proposed public notice for Division review. Publication <br />in the Trinidad Chronicle News will commence upon notification from <br />the Division. <br />3.
