C) <br /> RPM,Inc. <br /> • A spring inspection(Once snow melt and associated runoff have ceased.) shall <br /> be performed to ensure all the Stormwater Management Plan's stabilization <br /> provisions have been applied and are functional. <br /> • A log shall be kept of each inspection. The log shall include the date of <br /> inspection,name of individual performing the inspection, observations to <br /> include noting any repairs which may need done and when needed repairs are <br /> completed. <br /> 4. 2 Practice Implementation: <br /> The Stormwater Management Plan stabilization provisions will be applied to each <br /> area showing significant signs of erosion. Significant erosion is any rill or gully <br /> deeper than 12 inches,over one runoff season. A runoff season is defined as <br /> spring thru summer and fall thru winter. <br /> 4.3 Installation Crew: <br /> The installation of the Stormwater Management Plan provisions will be handled <br /> by a crew of one to three persons. The size of the installation crew may be <br /> increased depending on site circumstances and installation issues. <br /> 4.4 Equipment: <br /> Installation of the Stormwater Management Plan should not require mobile <br /> equipment. Generally, only hand equipment and manual labor will likely be used <br /> to install storm water BMP's. <br /> 4.5 Installation Hours: <br /> Installation of the Stormwater Management Plan may occur between daylight and <br /> dusk, Monday through Saturday. The available hours will also cover any <br /> emergency erosion control work which may be required. <br /> 5.0 Project Location: <br /> Please see the following attached Location Map. <br /> 5.1 Site location: <br /> The expansion area will be part of the existing 110 mining operation and is <br /> located approximately 15.7 miles south, southeast of Matheson, Colorado, <br /> adjacent to Elbert County Road 22. <br /> 14 <br />
