<br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on August 24, 2018, a minor revision application (MR-174) to <br />the Deserado Mine , Permit No. C-1981-018, operated by Blue Mountain Energy, Inc, 10714 South Jordon <br />Gateway, Suite 300, South Jordon, UT 84095 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. The <br />applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for <br />disturbance.
